In 1979, Dr. V. P. Singh and Dr. Rekha Singh came to Delhi with a conviction that would shape four decades of medicine. After years in government service, they decided to build something of their own from the ground up in Vivek Vihar.
What began over four decades ago with a vision continues today with the same commitment. Now their son, Dr. Swayam Singh, leads the administration, bringing with him international exposure from London and extensive experience across government, private and NGO sectors. Their daughter-in-law Dr. Nisha Singh, a gold medalist in Gynaecology, heads the department.
